Necessary Equipment

Fit Over Fortyish is designed to be able to be completed at home, or in a commercial gym.  However, keeping the home theme in mind, we try to keep the equipment list as simple and space-saving as possible!   Here's what you need:

Adjustable Dumbbells

A set of adjustable dumbbells is recommended, although most exercises can be adjusted to be used with a set of super bands

A Set of "Super Bands"

A set of super bands, with or without handles is needed.  It is also recommended to get a "door anchor" for use with the bands.

Mini Bands

These small bands are meant to go over the legs to strengthen the hips or on the wrists to help with shoulder strengthening.
